Controller Consultant for Kessler Consulting
Job Description:
- Work as an independent contractor on a team with a CFO Consultant or as an interim resource assisting on special projects.
- Provide part-time CFO, or interim CFO services, to businesses in the Milwaukee, Jefferson, Waukesha, Walworth, Ozaukee, Racine and Kenosha county area.
- Work both with entrepreneurs and private equity owned businesses.
- Work on multiple assignments simultaneously and provide financial management/accounting services to your clients.
Job Requirements:

- Varied experience, including with small businesses
- Public accounting (audit senior or audit manager) or prior consulting experience a plus.
- Experience in one of the following industries preferred: Metal fabrication and or machining, Construction, Food Processing, or Distribution. Experience with job shops a plus. Experience with contract manufacturers a plus.
- Familiarity with job shop software like Job Boss or E2 a plus.
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma a plus.
